The Out Campaign

The Out Campaign

I’m Here to Help

Let’s say you wanted to find out who supported the Yes on 8 campaign in California so you could, I dunno, thank them? So you go to the endorsers page at Protect Marriage and, hey, the list of endorsers which was there last week seems to have been replaced by a sad, unadorned statsheet. Bah. That’s not helping!

Here’s the list of endorsers, publicly and internationally listed at the link above, as of 5 November 2008.

More details here, at Californians Against Hate.

…and here at AntiGayBlacklist.com.

…and here at SF Gate, you can search by ZIPcode.

Sweet, merciful Christ on a chocolate pretzel cross! Don’t these people/churches/organizations have anything else to occupy their time? Aren’t there starving children, oppressed women, collapsed schools somewhere where some positive energy can be directed? I can’t speak for any non-Christian religions but all of you Baptist and Catholic churches? Shouldn’t you be..you know..spreading the teachings of Christ? I must have skipped that book in the Bible where Jesus preached bigotry, The Book of Mel Gibson. And y’all want to know why I don’t go to church anymore.
