Thank goodness the Toronto Transit Commission’s maintenance workers were legislated back to work over the past weekend, so that Toronto’s commuters can continue to enjoy the high level of workmanship to which we’ve become so accustomed.

Only 80 per cent of the TTC budget goes to wages so they are probably hard-up for the people needed to fix things up.
