  or i’m guessing it could’ve been from san francisco. where that’s probably the last time women wore any footwear resembling ‘feminine’. today it’s an incarnation of ‘earth shoes’ – remember those? yep, sensible footwear and polar fleece – and those would be the *straight* women…
