One Year Ago: 26 January 2007
One year ago I was freezing my ass off in Scottsdale, AZ. I spent a lot of time watching television with my Mom and Dad, who live there in the winter. They watch a lot of golf, more golf than human beings should really watch.

On the way home, one year ago today, I went through Cleveland. They have a nice airport there. Friendly people, too.
CLE Airport
I like to think an airport’s a good gauge for the people and city to which it welcomes travelers. I wonder what that says about Toronto’s Pearson International, or Toronto and its people.

What are your thoughts on Arizona? I spent 4.5 years in Tucson, AZ with much traveling to PHX. I fell in love with them both with a heavier lean toward Tucson. I feel it’s one of the few places I could live in this country and be totally at peace.
