It was bad enough when the earth was supposedly only 10,000 years old. Now it’s only 2,000 years old? And what, Joseph was tending to the velociraptors by the manger? The three wise men came riding in on triceratops? The angel was really a pterodactyl? (Actually, that one I could go with.)
It appears that the true miracle of Christianity is that someone with only 11 brain cells to her name can not only walk, talk and presumably dress herself, but appear daily on daytime television and humiliate herself without a second thought. She makes Elizabeth Hasselbeck seem like Susan Sarandon.

How does this chick not set fire to herself when she tries to use a microwave? I don’t agree with taking the Bible as OMGLITERALTRUTH, but… not even the Bible says The World Started With Jesus. There’s that pesky Old Testament to deal with. The one that chronicles millennia of Jewish oral tradition LEADING UP TO the birth of Jesus.
