I Do Not Understand the Behaviour of People in Airports #13,477, Part 2

This is a very, very nice couple. Quiet, polite and unassuming, unlike the slobs in the previous post. And, look! Unlike most American fliers, they’re not wearing pyjamas, flip-flops and dragging around a huge, stuffed animal as their carry-on item. Still, could they not find even a scintilla of humour in their books by David Sedaris and Stephen Colbert?
