That’s disconcertingly vague.
According to Google, which of course never lies (*cough*), there’s just no Columbias in Ontario. (I assume you knew that, but I’m foreign.) Why the hell would you need to shift *mint* from out of state (or possibly out of country, or even out of continent)?
